Traumatic dental injuries in anterior teeth constantly happen in childhood and adolescence, being the permanent teeth, mainly the maxillary central incisors, the most affected. Enamel and dentine crown fracture are the most frequent injury. Tooth reattachment aims to promote aesthetic and functional reestablishment to the patient. The aim of this study is to present a clinical case of teeth fragments reattachment of permanent maxillary central incisors fractured by trauma. Teeth fragments were stored in physiological saline and kept at 4°C temperature. The immediate treatment was the protection of pulp-dentin complex with calcium hydroxide and temporary restoration using glass ionomer cement. After 30 days, clinical and radiographic examinations showed a coronary blackout and a periapical lesion on right central incisor. This tooth was indicated to endodontic treatment and dental remainder bleaching. Teeth reattachment was carried through with composite resin. The clinical and radiographic follow up allowed to verify that dental fragments reattachment besides acting in emotional and social factors, was a favorable and esthetically lasting method, besides being of easy execution.
