Objective– The aim of the present study was to monitor the neuropsychomotor development (NPMD) of a pediatric patient with age-nesis of corpus callosum (ACC) and Interhemispheric Lipoma using the David Werner scale. Methods– case report carried out at Uni-versidade Paulista – UNIP, Campus Brasília, retrospectively performed demarcation or NPMD through the David Werner scale at thebeginning and end of the physical therapy intervention. He underwent early stimulation to promote NPMD. Photographic recordswere made to follow up the evolution of this patient. Results– The results obtained were correlated and presented through descriptive statistics in the form of graphs, the results of which are the same as patients with clinical diagnosis of ACC, demonstrated with NPMD within the normality standards expected for age. Conclusions– There was a significant improvement in NPMD of the evaluated patient,showing an important importance of physical therapy in patients with ACC
