Objective – This study aims to compare the efficacy of spinal mobility and subsequent stretching of the lower limbs in flexibility gains. Methods – The study included 20 female students, aged between 20 and 30 years, not practicing physical activity, divided into two groups, namely: Mobility Group (n = 10) underwent spinal mobility exercises, and Stretching Group (n = 10) was performed passive stretching of lower limbs. Evaluation of flexibility was measured before the start of the exercise and again at the end of the same. The study lasted five weeks. Results – There was an improvement in the flexibility masters groups, however, there was no statistical difference in the comparison between the two groups. Conclusion – It was observed that the regular practice of the exercises in both groups provided a significant improvement in flexibility gains.
