Objective –To analyze the posture and the frequency of low back pain in pregnant women in the three gestational trimesters. Methods – It is cross-sectional study comprised 21 pregnant women. The anthropometric data were collected from patients and was given an evaluation form with data about the frequency of low back pain. The palpation and location of anatomical points were performed for placement of markers, after the pregnant women were submitted the photographic record. The angles analysis was performed using the Postural Assessment Software (PAS). The statistical analysis used ANOVA with Bonferroni post-test with a significance level of p < 0,05. Results – There was no significant difference between groups for postural analysis. As for the low back pain 95,2% reported the presence and 72,42% reported the complaint before the pregnancy. Conclusion – No significant postural changes were observed between the three gestational trimesters. The presence of low back pain was reported by most pregnant women.
