Resumo (EN)
The generation of the knowledge economy adds value to human resources in their behavioural skills favouring the organization. Companies must focus on recruitment and selection processes as their employees build skills in a competitive environment. However, the factors involved in the selection process of project management professionals do not consider behavioural skills as a strategy. The study’s objective is to simulate a selection of two candidates for a project manager, applying the Paraconsistent Annotated Evidential Logic Eτ, collaborating with the decision-making process. The materials and methods of this study were based on a hypothetical scenario of changing requirements in a project, experts who evaluate candidates, considering the Behavioural Competency Assessment Instrument. The results indicate overall result values for the first candidate C1 = (0.56, 0.50) “Quasi-Inconsistent tending to True” and the second candidate with values C2 = (0.84, 0.62) “Quasi-Inconsistent tending to False. The study showed favourable collaborative evaluation results, eliminating the process’s subjectivity.
