A proposta deste relato de experiência é discutir, por meio das narrativas de vida e de maneira bem-humorada, a importância de o futuro professor trabalhar a construção da norma culta da língua portuguesa sem preconceitos e respeitando o conhecimento prévio dos alunos, ainda mais em um país de grande diversidade cultural como o Brasil. A proposta de abordar
a narrativa de vida em um trabalho de iniciação científica foi uma das ações realizadas pelo grupo de pesquisa “Encontros Interculturais na EAD: Narrativas de Vida dos Diferentes Brasis”, proposta esta desenhada no curso de Letras (Licenciaturas em Português, Português/Inglês e Português/Espanhol), da Universidade Paulista e que tem como principal objetivo relacionar as comunidades dos estudantes dos diferentes polos, conectados pela EaD, mediante uma forma particular de autobiografia.
The purpose of this report of experience is to discuss, through life narratives and in a humorous way, the importance for the future teacher bring up in class the construction of the standard register of the Portuguese Language without prejudices and respecting the students’ previous linguistic knowledge and practice, especially in a country of great cultural diversity like Brazil.
Working with life narratives in order to initiate the student in scientific research was one of the actions suggested by the research group “Cross-Cultural Encounters in Distance Education: Life Narratives from the different Brasis”, developed
by Portuguese Studies, Portuguese and English Studies and Portuguese and Spanish Studies from Universidade Paulista and whose main objective is to give the voice to the Different communities of students from different Distance Education
poles through a particular form of autobiography
