Enterprises, regardless the segment in which they work, have been seeking their development looking forward to results that enable them to be competitive. To offer clients speed, flexibility and low cost is a matter of survival for the market, besides the quality, inherent in the product/service. ln this context, technology has been a great ally, but, also a concern; the market does not have enough qualified workforce to meet the growing demand. The low supply of qualified professionals has made institutions, educational or entrepreneurial, seek new ways to offer the professionals differentials that also ensure their own competitiveness. ln face of such necessity and inefficiency of concepts, hitherto used for the training of the adult professional, andragogy has become more studied and applied to the formation of the "studentlearner" which in situations that simulate their professional activities, current or future, is likely to feel safer in discussing the results. Therefore, simulations and games within the enterprise have become an excellent tool for the adequate formation of the professional and can put the company in a better position to respond to market demands.
