This dissertation presents the development of a braking system for labeling machines in general. Who uses Annotated Paraconsistent Evidential Logic Er, based on signal processing and control of the system. This system consists of an electromagnetic brake cylinder, an ultrasonic sensor, a frequency converter, a programmable logic controller (PLC), and a printed circuit board. This plate is attached a PIC microcontroller, which makes the processing of information coming from the sensor and PLC. The sensor indicates the size of the label coil and the PLC indicates the engine speed. This microcontroller has in his memory a software based on Annotated Paraconsistent Evidential Logic ET, what does the processing of signals from the sensor and PLC, thus making the calculation of the degree of certainty Gce to determine how hard braking will be applied on axis of the label coil support.
