Resumo (EN)
This work presents the development steps and the construction of an electronic device to aid in decision making for the locomotion of visual and/or auditive deficients. This device is basically composed by two ultrasonic sensors, the treatment of the formations captured by the sensors are processed by a microcontroller 8051, conducted by the logical controller algorithm based on the Paraconsistent Annotated Evidential Logic E, (Para-analyzer). One the sensor shows the favorable evidence degree (µ) and the other sensor shows the contrary evidence degree (i.) regarding the proposition: "there isn't obstacle ahead". The existence of obstacles is transmitted through of the vibration generated by two vibration motors. Thus the user of the device can identify obstacles and choose the best way to follow.
