The small Brazilian company of the software sector represent 90% of the national market more than. ln this scene they appear small development and/or producing companies of software to take care of specific demands guided the products. The objective of this work is to demonstrate as the revision of the intention of the organization, and elaboration of a strategical plan with boarding in different perspectives, contributes for the increase of the competitiveness in short term. The characteristics of iteractivitie and resolution of problems demanded by the organization study object had been determinative factors for the definition of the research methodology as research-action. The gotten result was the guarantee of the competitiveness through the measurement of the initiatives of the strategical plan. The research was carried through in only one company, having disabled the generalization of the results. However this characteristic, confers plus value to the work, strengthened for the application of the concepts of strategical planning, strategical partnerships, strategical alliances, and competitiveness little common in the small Brasilian companies.
