Resumo (EN)
The main quality of Multicriteria Evaluation (MCE) is to overcome the limitations of evaluations based in one kind of evaluation methodology. ln this work the MCE was employed in a commercial bamboo plantation. The methodologies that compose the MCE are: Embodied Energy, Material Flow lntensity, Cumulativa Exergy Consumption, Environmental Emergy Accounting and C02 Flow Accounting. The results shown that resources with more contribution for the environmental loading were diesel, fertilizers and limestone. Moreover, four scenarios were adopted aiming to simulate different destinations to the final product (biomass stock, cellulosic fiber and energy). The environmental costs of production for each adopted scenario were evaluated with the purpose of checking the best cost-benefit relations. Finally, the substitution of resources with more environmental loading by "cleaner'' resources, (diesel by biodiesel, fertilizers by bovine manure, and limestone by wood ashes or biosolids) aiming to diminish the environmental loading, was performed using a sensitivity analysis.
