This study was done in order to demonstrate how the company’s network formation and groups of APL has worked for success in industrial segments, in this case of work in the sequel of Furniture in the same region, aimed at improving the market positioning. This Term will also show a significant improvement of results when the performance was in questions related to the PPPC - Planning, programming and production control. This study brings some actions that were implemented within the group of APL, which improved the vision of inclusive business, making the group more energized, and even seeking new strategies to improve the scenery inside the furniture market. The demonstration of the numbers through diagnostic surveys and post-implementation, show how the group has evolved making companies more competitive and higher quality within the scenario. Therewith, this present Term presents some data that shows how Votuporanga’s furniture group is strengthened, and also gives the business owners who were not part of this group, the incentive to create other clusters, which can bring the same benefits the companies involved.
