lmprovement of the software products and processes, for one better attendance of the objectives of business of an organization, must be associated to the competitive strategies for the market. This work describes the process of development of a roadmap that translates the objectives strategical, shapes pointers and analyzes the investments in processes of software under the light of the goals in a software organization. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a too/ used to support for planning and implementation of the adopted strategie and it was used as base of this roadmap. The model PSM (Practical Software Measurement) complemented this roadmap. The study was initiated with the bibliographical research of the concepts and the application of a research-action. The strategy of research-action boarding allows the refinement of the roadmap, the learning of the participants and the improvement of the application of the proper method. The execution of a research-action stages resulted in the definition of the strategical map and its unfoldings in a software organization. The final result of this study is a roadmap that allows the business-oriented implementation of the strategical alignment and the improvement of processes in software organizations.
