The aim of this dissertation is to answer to the question about Fifm no1r 'Why do these movies change themselves into uncountless media productions, and keep their youth until nowadays? · Thus, it was realized a study in French Semiotics bibliography, which presented the basis of the narrative structures and the film noir literature, as we/1 the review about movies literatures, specially, about German Expressionism, one of the aesthetics influence on these kinds of movies. the character's inspiration on tough detective and lethal women in police literature. The movie analysis of Laura, Chinatown and Veneno supported the description of the elementary outlines of the film noir; thus the version of the narrative scheme of the Groupe d'Éntrevernes, which constructed the elementary basis of the film noir narrative, which are one of the issues for transnarrativity of the noir aesthetics.
